Moody's rates Bank of New York's Beloit College, Wis., receipts Aaa/VMIG 1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aaa/VMIG 1 rating to the Bank of New York's $56,255,000 of custodial receipts evidencing ownership in Wisconsin Health & Educational Facilities Authority's educational facilities revenue bonds, series 2007 (Beloit College Project).

The rating is partly based on a letter of credit provided by the bank, which is rated Aaa for its long-term obligations and Prime-1 for its short-term obligations with stable outlook.
