Moody's lowers Wepco

Moody's Investors Service said it downgraded the long-term ratings of Wisconsin Electric Power, Wisconsin Gas, LLC and Elm Road Generating Station Supercritical, LLC to A2 from A1.

These actions conclude the review for downgrade that began on Oct. 29.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's said the downgrade took into consideration a modest anticipated reduction in Wepco and Wisconsin Gas' financial metrics.
