Moody's rates Banco Santander Rio note Ba2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba2 local-currency debt rating and an Aaa.ar national scale local-currency debt rating to Banco Santander Rio SA's 450 million Argentine peso notes due 2010.
