Wisconsin Building defeases $137.24 million transportation bonds

Norfolk, Va., May 5 – The Wisconsin Building Commission plans to redeem $137,235,000 of its 2008 series A and 2014 series 1 transportation revenue bonds, according to a notice.

The following 2008 series A bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on July 1, 2018:

• $12,825,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2027;

• $13,465,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2028; and

• $14.14 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2029.

The following 2014 series 1 bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on July 1, 2019:

• $13,285,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2021;

• $15,115,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2022;

• $15.87 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2023;

• $16,665,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2024;

• $17,495,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2025; and

• $18,375,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2026.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee and escrow agent.
