New Issue: Wisconsin prices $242.23 million general obligation refunding bonds

New York, March 12 - The State of Wisconsin priced $242.23 million of series 2014-2 general obligation refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds were sold through senior managers Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Ramirez & Co. Inc.
The bonds are due 2015 to 2020 and 2024 to 2027 with a term bond due in 2034. The serial coupons range from 1.5% to 5%. The 2034 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 99.862.
Proceeds will be used to advance and current refund existing state G.O. bonds.
