Wisconsin prepares to price $138.26 million of G.O. bonds Dec. 6

New York, Nov. 29 - The State of Wisconsin plans to price $138.26 million of series 2011C general obligation bonds on Dec. 6, according to a preliminary official statement released by the state Department of Administration.

The bonds will be sold competitively and are due 2023 to 2031.

Proceeds will be used to fund governmental needs.
