Wintrust Financial amends credit agreement to extend maturity date

New York, Oct. 27 – Wintrust Financial Corp. amended its $100 million credit agreement with Bank of America, NA as administrative agent, extending the maturity date to Dec. 15, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The borrower is a Rosemont, Ill.-based financial holding company.
