Winnebago Industries increases revolving commitment to $165 million

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 24 – Winnebago Industries, Inc. amended its credit agreement to increase the revolving commitment under its asset-based lending facility by $40 million to $165 million, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company entered into the amendment on Friday together with Winnebago of Indiana, LLC and Grand Design RV, LLC as borrowers, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA is the administrative agent.

Winnebago is a Forest City, Iowa-based manufacturer of recreation vehicles.
