New Issue: Singapore’s Wing Tai issues S$100 million 3.68% 10-year notes

Los Angeles, Jan. 16 – Wing Tai Holdings Ltd. issued S$100 million of 3.68% notes due 2030 on Thursday, according to a notice.

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. is the bookrunner.

Wing Tai is a Singapore-based investment holding company. Its subsidiaries are property development and garment retailing businesses.
