Windstream to redeem $201.46 million 8 5/8% notes due 2016 at 104.313

Minneapolis, Nov. 22 - Windstream Corp. said it will redeem its $201,458,000 of 8 5/8% senior notes due 2016, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed on at 104.313 plus interest on Dec. 22.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

The Little Rock, Ark., company is a communications and technology services provider.
