New York, Sept. 17 - Windstream Corp.'s senior secured credit facility amendment passed, allowing for the signing of rural broadband stimulus grant agreements with the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Rural Utilities Service, according to a news release.

In addition, the amendment provides for an increase in secured leverage capacity.

JPMorgan acted as the lead arranger on the amendment.
