Moody's: Windstream ratings unlikely to move

Moody's Investors Service said that Windstream Corp.'s announced acquisition of Lexcom, Inc. for about $141 million does not materially alter Windstream's credit profile, including its Ba2 corporate family rating.

Moody's said the company has ample liquidity to fund the acquisition.

The outlook remains stable.
