S&P ups Windsor Quality Food outlook to stable

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on Windsor Quality Food Co. Ltd. to stable from negative.

At the same time, the agency said it affirmed its existing ratings on the company, including the B+ corporate credit rating.

According to S&P, the ratings on privately held Windsor reflect its highly leveraged, albeit improving, financial profile relative to its size, its narrow product focus, and modest competitive position in the highly competitive frozen-food market.
