Moody's lowers Windsor notes, ups outlook

Moody's Investors Service said it downgraded Windsor Financing, LLC's senior secured bonds due 2017 to B1 from Ba3 and Windsor's subordinated secured notes due 2016 to Caa1 from B3.

The agency also revised the outlook to stable from negative.

Moody's said the rating action reflects Windsor's continued poor financial performance relative to Moody's expectations.
