WIND Hellas talks €500 million five-year secured notes at 4¼%-4½%

By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., Oct. 3 – WIND Hellas Telecommunications SA talked its €500 million offering of five-year senior secured notes (//B) to yield 4¼% to 4½%, tight to early guidance in the mid-4% area, according to a market source.

The deal is expected to price on Thursday.

Bookrunner JPMorgan will bill and deliver. Goldman Sachs is also a bookrunner. HSBC is the co-manager.

The notes come with two years of call protection.

The Athens-based mobile telecommunications services provider plans to use the proceeds to refinance €275 million of its 10% senior secured notes due 2021 and fund capital expenditures, including the 5G spectrum buildout.
