By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, May 7 - Price talk of a yield in the 8½% area was heard Wednesday on Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods OJSC's $150 million offering of senior notes due 2008, according to an informed source.

The deal is expected to price on Thursday off the emerging markets desk, the source said.

UBS Warburg is the bookrunner on the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used to refinance $95 million of existing debt and fund capital expenditures.

The issuer is a Russia-based dairy and juice producer.
