Willis Lease Finance extends credit facility maturity to June 2025

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 2 – Willis Lease Finance Corp. entered into an amendment to its fourth amended and restated credit agreement to extend the maturity date of the $500 million credit facility to June 2025, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Willis is an independent jet engine lessor based in Novato, Calif.
