Williams Partners intends to sell 30-year senior notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 26 – Williams Partners LP plans an offering of senior notes due 2048, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call feature until three months prior to maturity and then are callable at par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, MUFG, BBVA Securities Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and PNC Capital Markets LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general partnership purposes, including repaying $750 million of the company’s 4.875% senior notes due March 15, 2024 or other debt.

Williams Partners is an energy infrastructure master limited partnership based in Tulsa, Okla.
