S&P rates Williams Partners notes BBB

S&P said it assigned a BBB rating to Williams Partners LP's proposed senior unsecured notes offering due 2027.

The proceeds will be used for general partnership purposes, which may include repaying a portion of its outstanding debt.

The corporate credit rating on Williams Partners is BBB and the outlook is stable.
