Williams extends credit agreements by one year to February 2021

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 22 – Williams Cos., Inc. extended its credit agreement with Citibank, NA, as administrative agent by one year to Feb. 2, 2021, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The first amendment and extension agreement was carried out on Nov. 17.

Also on Nov. 17, Williams Partners LP, with other borrowers Northwest Pipeline LLC and Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Co., LLC, extended its credit agreement with Citibank as administrative agent by one year to Feb. 2, 2021 through a second amendment and extension agreement.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Barclays Bank plc, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Bank, Ltd., Bank of Nova Scotia, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc., UBS Securities LLC and Credit Agricole CIB are joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners.

Tulsa, Okla.-based Williams finds, produces, gathers, processes and transports natural gas.
