Fitch gives Williams notes BBB
Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB rating to Williams Cos., Inc.’s proposed offering of senior unsecured notes.
The agency upgraded Williams’ senior unsecured rating to BBB on Nov. 5.
Proceeds are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.
The outlook is stable.
