S&P puts William Lyon Homes on positive watch

S&P said it placed all the ratings for William Lyon Homes Inc. on CreditWatch with positive implications.

The placement follows the announcement that the company entered a pact to be acquired by Taylor Morrison Home Corp.

S&P said the transaction could enhance William Lyon Homes’ credit profile.
