WideOpenWest to launch $730 million term loan B on Wednesday

New York, Nov. 30 – WideOpenWest Finance LLC (WOW!) is set to hold a lender call at 11 a.m. ET on Wednesday to launch a $730 million first-lien term loan B, according to a market source.

Morgan Stanley Senior Funding Inc. is the left lead arranger on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to refinance an existing term loan B.

WideOpenWest is an Englewood, Colo.-based broadband services provider.
