WhiteWave Foods to repay revolving credit facility via senior notes

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 11 – WhiteWave Foods Co. plans to repay outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility with the proceeds from a new notes offering, according to a press release.

Proceeds will also be used to support growth initiatives, including acquisitions, and for other general corporate purposes.

WhiteWave is a Denver-based consumer packaged food and beverage company.
