New York, June 8 - Whiterock Real Estate Investment Trust settled its previously announced private placement for C$33,535,612.
The company issued 10,318,650 trust units at C$3.25 each.
The offering was placed through a syndicate of agents led by RBC Capital Markets Inc. and including Blackmont Capital Inc., Canaccord Capital Corp., Desjardins Securities Inc., Genuity Capital Markets G.P. and National Bank Financial Inc.
The deal was announced, without pricing terms, on May 11.
Proceeds from the deal will be used to partially pay for a C$50 million acquisition program of properties.
Toronto-based Whiterock is a real estate investment trust focused on acquiring and developing retail and industrial properties.
