WhiteHorse calls three series of notes for full redemption on Nov. 2

Chicago, Nov. 2 – WhiteHorse VI, Ltd., as issuer, and WhiteHorse VI, LLC, as co-issuer, notified holders that it will redeem three series of notes on Nov. 2.

Specifically, the issuers are calling the class A-1L notes, class A-2L notes and class A-3L notes, according to a redemption notice.

The redemption price will be $263,948,396.25 for the class A-1L notes, $36,276,837.20 for the class A-2L notes and $36,345,837.20 for the class A-3L notes.

The issuers plans to refinance the notes with the issue of $262.5 million class A-1-R senior secured floating-rate notes due 2025, $36 million class A-2-R senior secured floating-rate notes due 2025 and $36 million class A-3-R senior secured floating-rate notes due 2025.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
