San Antonio, Dec. 4 – WhiteHorse Finance, Inc. priced a $20 million follow-on offering of notes in two tranches, according to a press release.
The offering consists of $10 million of 5.375% notes due Dec. 4, 2026 and $10 million of 5.625% notes due Dec. 4, 2027.
Interest on both notes is payable semiannually.
The company plans to use the proceeds to refinance and/or redeem existing debt and/or for general corporate purposes.
WhiteHorse Financial is a Miami-based non-diversified, closed-end management investment company.
