Goldman plans one-year digital equity-tied notes on three stocks

Chicago, Oct. 9 – GS Finance Corp. plans to price digital equity-linked notes due Oct. 18, 2019 linked to the least performing of the shares of Activision Blizzard, Inc., Canada Goose Holdings Inc. and Whirlpool Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If each stock finishes at or above its 65% threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus 26%.

Otherwise investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the least performing stock.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.

The notes will price on Oct. 10.

The Cusip number is 40056EAM0.
