Whirlpool increases facility to $3 billion, extends it to 2022

Tacoma, Wash., Sept. 29 – Whirlpool Corp. increased the borrowing capacity under its long-term facility to $3 billion from $2.5 billion on Wednesday, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In addition, administrative agent JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA received extension request consents from a majority of lenders, which extends the termination date of the facility by one year to May 17, 2022.

All other terms of the facility are unchanged.

Whirlpool is a Benton Harbor, Mich.-based appliance maker.
