Whirlpool to offer fixed-rate senior notes via five bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., May 4 – Whirlpool Corp. will sell fixed-rate senior notes, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call and then a par call.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Mizuho Securities USA Inc., MUFG and SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay borrowings under the company’s revolving credit facility.

Whirlpool is a Benton Harbor, Mich.-based appliance maker.
