Wherify Wireless raises $4.2 million in direct offering of stock

Des Moines, Nov. 2 - Wherify Wireless, Inc. settled a direct offering of stock for about $4.2 million.
The offering included 16.6 million shares of common stock.
Wherify is a developer of wireless location products and services based in Redwood Shores, Calif.
