Hong Kong's Wharf whispers benchmark 10-year bond at mid-200 bps area

Atlanta, April 19 - Hong Kong's Wharf Finance Ltd. whispered its planned dollar-denominated issue of benchmark-sized notes due 2021 at the Treasuries plus mid-200 basis points area, a market source said.

UBS is the bookrunner for the Regulation S transaction, which is guaranteed by parent company Wharf (Holdings) Ltd.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Wharf is a property and infrastructure developer based in Hong Kong.
