New Issue: China's Wharf Financial prices $400 million 10-year notes at 99.882 at mid-swaps plus 110 bps

New York, Oct. 29 - Wharf Financial Holdings Ltd. priced $400 million 10-year notes (/BBB-/A-) at 99.882 with a coupon of 6 1/8% to yield 6.141% at a spread of mid-swaps plus 110 basis points, according to a market source.

HSBC and UBS were bookrunners for the Regulation S only deal.

The deal had been talked at mid-swaps plus 110 bps to 115 bps.

Wharf Finance is a property and infrastructure investment firm based in Hong Kong.
