Weyerhaeuser to redeem all $325 million 3.25% notes due 2023

New York, Aug. 27 – Weyerhaeuser Co. intends to redeem all $325 million of its 3.25% notes due 2023 (Cusip: 72925PAD7) on Sept. 28, according to filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The redemption price will be $1,069.35 per $1,000 of notes plus accrued interest.

The total redemption for all notes will equal the principal amount plus the $22,538,750 make-whole amount and $381,423.61 for the total interest.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Weyerhaeuser is a timber company based in Federal Way, Wash.
