New Issue: JPMorgan prices $6.35 million digital contingent buffered notes linked to crude oil

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.35 million of 0% digital contingent buffered notes due Sept. 1, 2020 linked to the first nearby month futures contract for West Texas Intermediate crude oil, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final contract price is greater than or equal to the initial price or less than the initial price by up to 28.9%, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10%. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to oil’s decline from the initial price.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
