Allegheny County, Pa., authority calls $442 million of West Penn Allegheny Health System bonds

Madison, Wis., Oct. 18 - The Allegheny County Hospital Development Authority of Pennsylvania said it will redeem portions of its series 2000A and 2000B West Penn Allegheny Health System revenue bonds, totaling $442 million, on Nov. 15.

The bonds will be redeemed at the redemption price plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

To be redeemed at 102 are $75.62 million of 6.5% 2000A bonds due Nov. 15, 2030 and the following 2000B bonds:

• $39.77 million of 9.25% bonds due Nov. 15, 2015;

• $107.74 million of 9.25% bonds due Nov. 15, 2015; and

• $214.17 million of 9.25% bonds due Nov. 15, 2015.

To be redeemed at par are $4.695 million of 9.25% bonds due Nov. 15, 2015.
