Western Wireless looking to refinance existing credit facility

New York, April 8 - Western Wireless Corp. is reviewing options to refinance its existing senior secured credit facility due to "current market conditions, which the company believes to be attractive," a company news release said.

No further details on the transaction were available prior to press time.

Western Wireless is a Bellevue, Wash., provider of wireless communications services.
