Western Dental to launch $300 million term loan in Jan. 27 week

New York, Jan. 17 - Western Dental Services Inc. is expected to launch during the week of Jan. 27 a $300 million term loan, according to a market source.

Jefferies Finance LLC is the lead on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.

Western Dental is an Orange, Calif.-based dental and oral health maintenance organization.
