Arena Finance wraps C$45 million private placement of five-year notes

New York, Sept. 29 – Arena Finance II, LLC completed a private placement of C$45 million of 6.75% senior secured notes due Sept. 30, 2025 to some qualified institutional buyers and institutional accredited investors, according to a news release.

Piper Sandler & Co. is the placement agent.

Arena Finance plans to use the proceeds in accordance with its investment objectives and for general corporate purposes. The company’s investment portfolio is managed by Arena Investors, LP.

Winston & Strawn LLP is legal counsel to Arena Finance. Seward & Kissel LLP is legal counsel to the placement agent.

Arena Finance is a limited liability company controlled by Westaim Corp. and part of the Arena Fincos.
