WesMark West Virginia Municipal Bond Fund adds Ellwood as manager

San Diego, Jan. 7 - WesMark Funds announced a portfolio management change to its WesMark West Virginia Municipal Bond Fund, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Effective Jan. 27, David B. Ellwood was added to the investment team, which is led by Steven Kellas.

Ellwood is executive vice president of WesBanco Bank and has been employed by that company since 1982. He is also a portfolio manager of the company's Growth Fund, Small Company Growth Fund, Balanced Fund and Government Fund.

Jerome B. Schmitt is no longer a portfolio manager to the fund.

Wheeling, W.V.-based WesBanco Investment Dept., a division of WesBanco Bank, Inc., is the investment adviser to the fund.
