New Issue: Cobb County Kennestone Hospital, Ga., sells $108.49 million of Wellstar bonds

New York, Oct. 17 - The Cobb County Kennestone Hospital Authority of Georgia sold $108,495,000 of series 2012 revenue anticipation certificates for the Wellstar Health System, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aa3) were sold through Raymond James/Morgan Keegan.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2032 with 2% to 5% coupons.

Proceeds will be used to finance the capital needs of Wellstar Health.
