Cobb County Kennestone Hospital Authority, Ga., readies $107.79 million Wellstar Health bonds

New York, Oct. 15 - The Cobb County Kennestone Hospital Authority of Georgia is set to sell $107.79 million of series 2012 fixed-rate certificates for the Wellstar Health System on Tuesday, according to a sales calendar.

The certificates (Aa3) will be sold through senior manager Raymond James/Morgan Keegan.

Proceeds will be used to finance the capital needs of Wellstar Health.
