Wells Fargo Bank to price market-linked CDs tied to Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 15 – Wells Fargo Bank, NA plans to price 0% market-linked certificates of deposit due Aug. 30, 2023 with upside participation and deposit amount return at maturity linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a term sheet.

The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 115% of any index gain. The exact participation rate will be set at pricing.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

Advisors Asset Management is distributor.

The CDs will price Feb. 25.

The Cusip number is 95001UAB8.
