Wells Fargo plans CDs tied to CS Retiree Consumer Expenditure 5% index

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 10 – Wells Fargo Bank, NA plans to price 0% certificates of deposit due Nov. 30, 2023 linked to the CS Retiree Consumer Expenditure 5% Blended Index Excess Return, according to a term sheet.

If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 110% to 120% of the index return. The exact participation rate will be set at pricing. If the final index level is less than or equal to the initial index level, the payout will be par.

Incapital LLC is the distributor.

The CDs will price Nov. 23.

The Cusip number is 94986TF85.
