Wells Fargo plans seven-year CDs linked to Dow Jones - UBS Commodity

Chicago, April 4 - Wells Fargo Bank, NA plans to price 0% market-linked certificates of deposit due April 30, 2018 linked to Dow Jones - UBS Commodity index, according to a term sheet.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.1 times the index return, subject to a minimum payout of par and a maximum payout of $1,850 to $1,950 per $1,000 principal amount. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Incapital LLC is the distributor.

The CDs will price on April 21 and settle on April 29.

The Cusip is 949748E86.
