Wells Fargo plans seven-year market-linked CDs on DJ - UBS Commodity

Chicago, Feb. 3 - Wells Fargo Bank, NA plans to price 0% market-linked certificates of deposit due Feb. 28, 2018 linked to the Dow Jones - UBS Commodity Index, according to a term sheet.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, up a maximum return of $600 to $700 per $1,000 principal amount. Investors will receive a minimum return of 7%.

The CDs (Cusip 949748C47) will price on Feb. 22 and settle on Feb. 28.
