Wells Fargo to price 0% CDs linked to Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50 index

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 2 - Wells Fargo Bank, NA plans to price 0% certificates of deposit due Dec. 29, 2015 linked to the Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a term sheet.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, subject to a floor of par and a maximum return of 36% to 46% that will be set at pricing.

The CDs are expected to price Dec. 21 and settle Dec. 29.

Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. is the agent. Advisors Asset Management, Inc. and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney are the distributors.
