Buffalo, N.Y., June 1 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $8.98 million of step-up callable notes due May 30, 2026, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is 5.2% initially, stepping up to 5.45% on May 30, 2024 and to 5.75% on May 30, 2025. Interest is payable semiannually.
The notes will be callable at par semiannually after one year.
The payout at maturity will be par.
