Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 22 - Wega Mining ASA announced it completed a NOK 300 million private placement of shares.

The company sold 53,571,429 new shares at NOK 5.60 each.

Wega Mining is an Oslo-based international mining company focused on exploring, developing and operating gold, copper and zinc deposits.
