Venezuela's Banco Mercantil marketing proposed notes June 28 week

Atlanta, June 24 - Venezuela's Banco Mercantil is planning to hold a roadshow for a proposed issue of notes beginning the week of June 28, according to an informed market source.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch is a bookrunner for the deal.

No other details were available Thursday.

Banco Mercantil is a lender based in Caracas, Venezuela.
